1 head red leaf lettuce
1 pkg spinach
½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
Slice red onion
Sliced strawberries
Cashews

DRESSING:
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar or honey
½ cup oil
½ cup tsp dry mustard
½ tsp salt
½ cup strawberry jam

Mix dressing ingredients in blender. Should become a bit think. Toss on salad and serve cold
