1 lb. lean ground beef
4 cups (24 oz.) frozen potatoes w/peppers & onions (O’Brian)
1 can (11 oz.) mexicorn
¾ cups water
1 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley


Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients (except parsley). Mix well. Cook at medium heat; cover, cook 20 minutes until potatoes are tender, stirring as needed.
