1 envelope Dream Whip
1¼ cup plus 2 tbsp milk, divided
1 small package instant coconut or vanilla pudding mix
½ cup coconut
½ tsp coconut extract
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Dream Whip and ½ cup milk. Whip till fluffy.
2. Add the pudding and remaining milk. Beat 2 minutes.
3. Stir in coconut and extract.
4. Spoon into baked pie shell. Top with additional whipped topping and
toasted coconut as a garnish if desired.
