Sour dough bread
½ cup butter
¼ cup olive oil
parsley
asiago cheese
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Slice sour dough bread in cubes almost to the bottom but do not slice through. Add crushed garlic to butter and olive oil. Add parsley. Cover pan with foil, enough to wrap around bread and cover the top without touching it. Place sour dough loaf on foil covered pan and pour mixture over bread completely. Sprinkle with asiago cheese between sliced cubes. Cover with foil being careful not to touch top of bread. Bake 400ºF for 10 minutes. Open top of foil and put back in oven for another 10 minutes till bottom is crusty.
