1 lb ground beef (lean)
1 egg
½ c fine bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

Sauce:
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp oil
⅛ tsp pepper
1 c Dr Pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
¼ tsp mustard
1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 5 ingredients and roll into small balls. Brown meat and pour off grease except 1 tbsp. Sprinkle garlic over meat.
Mix sauce and pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Turn down very low and simmer until most of the sauce is absorbed.
