1 large skillet pan with a lid

Directions: |
Directions:Place the chicken thighs and chopped jalapenos in Tupperware with enough olive oil and teriyaki sauce to ensure they are fully coated. Let them marinate all day or overnight in the fridge if you can wait til the next day to cook them. Occasionally flip the chicken in the Tupperware to keep them coated. Once you're ready to cook them put a little olive oil in the pan and begin to stir fry the chopped onions. When the onions are half way done add the entire contents of the Tupperware to the pan and begin stir frying the chicken, jalapenos and teriyaki in the pan. Turn the chicken regularly to ensure it cooks through. Once the chicken is browned on both sides cover the pan and let them continue to cook on a lower heat for another 25-30 minutes. Turn them regularly during this time.
I also recommend cooking some jasmine rice to serve this chicken over. |
