2 cups pumpkin pie filling (homemade, preferably)
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
16-ounce can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ginger
⅛ teaspoon cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425º.
2. Prepare pie crust. (Pie Crust that Really Works recipe!)
3. Beat eggs slightly with hand beater or wire whisk in medium bowl.
4. Beat in remaining ingredients.
5. To prevent spilling, place pastry-lined pie plate on oven rack.??????
6. Pour filling into pie plate.
7. Bake 15 minutes.
8. Reduce oven temperature to 350º.
9. Bake 9-inch pie about 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
10. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until chilled.
11. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
12. Refrigerate any remaining pie.
