2 Chickens, boiled and boned
1 Package corn tortillas (20 or more)
1 Largechopped onion
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes with chilies
3/4 cup chicken broth
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup of green pepper (optional) must be sautéed till tender
before adding it to the soups

Directions:

Combine the soups, Ro-tel tomatoes, and chicken broth. Alternate layers of chicken
Tortillas, onions, green pepper and cheese. Pour sauce over this. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees
