6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
salt & pepper
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 jar (16oz) salsa
1 can (15oz) black beans, drained
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 package (8oz) cream cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
Fresh chopped scallions (optional)
sour cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper and cumin. Place in the slow cooker. Dump the salsa, beans, corn, and stock on top. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Add the cream cheese and cook on high for another 30 minutes or so (until it melts). Serve with shredded cheddar, scallions, cilantro and sour cream on top.

Also great with rice!
