6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
Salt & Pepper
1/4 Lb. Shaved Deli Ham
6 Slices Swiss Cheese
2 Cans (10.75oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
2 1/4 Cups Milk
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup dry White Wine or Chicken Stock
1 Stick Butter, melted
2 Boxes (6oz) Chicken Stuffing Mix

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 325º

Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place chicken on the bottom. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Top each chicken breast with a few slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese. In a bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup with milk, wine and sour cream and pour over chicken. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix on top of chicken. Drizzle butter over the top. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 15-30 minutes.
