2 cups of cooked gluten free macaroni,al dente
3 tbsp butter
1½ tbsp cornstarch
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
1/2 pound Velveeta Cheese. shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium heavy sauce pan.
Add cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
Add milk, salt and pepper, whisking constantly until it thickens a bit.
Remove from heat, add cheese and continue to stir until cheese is melted.
Pour hot cheese mixture over hot macaroni and serve.

Personal Notes:
Can pour the hot macaroni and cheese mixture into a covered crock pot on low setting about 30-60 minutes before serving. Mixture will initially look watery, but will thicken within 30 minutes.
