1 package (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
2 cups cold milk
1-¼ cups water
1 packages (4-serving size each) lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling??????
⅓ cup sugar
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Prepare cake mix as directed on package.
3. Pour batter into greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
4. Pour milk and water into large bowl.
5. Add dry pudding mixes and sugar.
6. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.
7. Pour over cake batter in dish.
8. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch drippings, as mixture does bubble.
9. Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
10. Cool in pan 20 minutes. (Mixture will thicken slightly as it cools.)
11. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
12. Spoon onto serving dishes.
13. Serve warm; garnish with raspberries, if desired.

June 16, 2008 Oooh, la-la! This is the reason I try new recipes. Every now and then I stumble onto a breathtaking one like this! Made it for Grandma Siegel, since she LOVES lemon cake and her birthday is June 11. Jazzi's 10th!
