Ingredients for crust:
2-½ cups graham crackers
¼ cup sugar
⅔ cup butter, melted

Rest of ingredients:
½ cup walnuts
1-½ cups powdered sugar
2 (16 ounce) bags of frozen strawberries
3 small packages strawberry jello
3 cups boiling water
8-ounce package of cream cheese
18 ounces Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter.
2. Press in 9x13-inch baking pan to form crust.
3. Mix jello, hot water and strawberries.
4. Set aside to jell slightly.
5. Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, nuts, and powdered sugar.
6. Pour into crumb crust.
7. When strawberry mixture has thickened, pour over cream cheese layer to make the top layer.
8. Chill and serve with Cool Whip.

6/95 Tried it when Brother Tony was here (Rapid City)! Next time, less sugar and less of middle layer - more of strawberry jello mixture. (The above recipe reflects those changes.)
