1 cup Pistachio Nuts, chopped
1 cup Dried Cranberries
24 oz Semisweet White Chocolate Bark

Directions:

Line a baking sheet with foil, or parchment paper. In a bowl, combine pistachios and cranberries. Measure out half, and set aside. Microwave chocolate for 1 minute, 30 seconds, and stir. Microwave and stir in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Stir in half of berry/nut mix. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved mix over top & use a spatula to gently press into the soft mixture. Fridge for 30 minutes, or until hardened, and break into pieces.

12 oz Dark Chocolate
