9-Ounce Can Crushed pineapple (undrained)
½ Cup Ketchup
¼ Cup Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Brown sugar
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
½ Teaspoon Salt
½ Teaspoon Ginger
1 Whole frying chicken, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Layer chicken in 9 x 13 pan. Preheat oven 375º. Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Pour over chicken and bake for one hour.

Turn chicken pieces over once about halfway done. Serve with rice.
