CAKE:
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
16 ounces sour cream
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder

TOPPING:
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 inch pan or two 8 inch cake pans.

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in sour cream and baking soda. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, four, and baking powder; mix well. Pour into prepared pan or pans. Combine topping ingredients. Pour half over batter. Run a knife through batter to marbleize. Sprinkle remaining topping over blended batter.

Bake for 45 minutes.
