1½ Pouns Ground lamb
1¼ Teaspoon Sea salt
¾ Teaspoon Ground cumin
¾ Teaspoon Ground coriander
¾ Teaspoon Onion powder
½ Teaspoon Black pepper
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
½ Teaspoon Tumeric
¼ Teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ Teaspoon Red curry powder
⅛ Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons Flat-leaf parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons Fresh mint, chopped
1 Egg

Directions:

Soak a dozen skewers in warm water for 30 minutes.

Combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form two-ounce portions of the lamb mixture into sausage shapes on each skewer. Grill the skewers to the desired doneness, about ten minutes total. They are best with a good char on the outside.
