1 1/2 C. Grilled and small copped thin cut shoulder steak
2 T. Olive Oil
1 C. Diced Onion
1 C. Diced Green Pepper
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 C. Mayo- real
4 oz. Provolone Cheese- shredded or chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and green pepper in olive oil over medium heat, Set aside
In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, and provolone and chopped cooked steak. Stir until combined well. Add sautéed onion and green pepper to bowl and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes
Serve with chips or toasted banquettes
