8-10 hungarian hot peppers, washed, seeded, cut in half and 1” square pieces
2 red bell peppers, washed, seeded and cut in 1” square pieces
Gorgonzola cheese – 1/2 container
Feta cheese, crumbled – square pkg.
Asiago cheese – ½ container
Italian cheese four cheese packaged – approx. 8 oz. pkg
Cream cheese – 8 oz. pkg cut up in small chunks
Chopped garlic - approx. 1 tbsp.
Bread crumbs – approx 2 – 5 tbsp….depends if you want the consistency to be cheesy or more like bread crumbs……
Other cheeses that can be used……havarti, grated romano

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and cover with aluminum foil
Put in 2” high casserole dish
Bake 400 degrees for approx. 10 minutes
Remove aluminum foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes approx.
Serve with sliced baguette bread
