3 Cups chopped Sweet (Visalia) Onions (1 1/2 Large Onions
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 Cup Shredded Motzarella Cheese
1 1/2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 Cup Mayonaisse
Fresh Chives to garnish (optional)
Tortilla Chips for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350•
Stir together all ingredients and pour into an 8” baking dish. Place the baking dish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheets to catch any dripping.
Bake 40-45 minutes uncovered until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Too with fresh chives or other garnish as desired.
Serve warm with Tortilla Chips.
