4-6 Large Portabella mushrooms
Batter:
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
ADD: Milk to make paste
Buffalo Wing Sauce
4 T. Butter
Frank’s Hot Sauce (to liking)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and slice in long strips (like chicken fingers). Set aside while you make the batter above.
Dip mushroom strips in batter until well coated. You can either use oil and a frying pan or a deep fryer to cook coated mushrooms until golden brown.
While mushrooms are cooking melt butter in either microwave or in pan on stove and add Franks Hot Sauce to the flavor is right for you.
When mushrooms are done dip in hot sauce batter and serve on a plate with celery.
