1 Jimmy Dean spicy sausage roll
1- 8 oz. Pkg. of Mozzarella cheese
1 Small container of Ricotta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º.

Grease pizza pan and put a light coating of corn meal on the bottom so it doesn’t stick.
Fry sausage in a pan on stove top until cooked through, can put a little black pepper in it. Drain sausage.
Mix cheeses, and cooked sausage in a bowl.
Spread pizza dough into a big rectangle and put all ingredients into the middle of the bread dough. Fold each side of dough over the top of the filling and tuck in the ends. Pinch the dough together to hold the filling in place.
If you brush a light coating of olive oil over the top of the bread dough you will have a golden brown crust.

Bake: 350º
Time: 20-25 minutes until bread dough is cooked through and golden brown
Cool: 5 minutes or so and cut into 2” slices
