1# Mozzarella Cheese
2 Loaves of frozen bread dough
1- 15oz. Can of Tomato Sauce
4 Medium Green peppers, cut in thin strips
1/3 C. Banana peppers, yellow rings
½ # Sliced pepperoni
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost dough according to directions. Let loaf rise in a greased pan, mix two loafs together to form one batch. While bread dough is defrosting, mix sauce, 2 kinds of peppers and pepperoni together and heat about 5 minutes. Let cool, add egg. Punch dough down and separate into 3 pieces. Roll each loaf jelly roll size. Spread with tomato mixture. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top. Roll up, jelly roll fashion. Brush top lightly with Olive oil to brown.

Bake: 350º
Time: 50 minutes (Seam up)
Cook & Freeze. Thaw and warm.
