6 Hungarian Peppers (Hot Banana Peppers)
2 T. Butter
½ C. Breadcrumbs
3 Toes of Garlic
½ C. Gorgonzola Cheese
1/3 C. Mozzarella Cheese

Pepper Prep:
• Cut Stems of peppers off and core seeds out of the middle of the peppers (the more seeds you leave in the hotter they will be).
• Set Peppers aside
Stuffing:
• In a bowl mix together: breadcrumbs, garlic (crushed), butter and cheeses
• Fully stuff peppers with stuffing mixture. (Tip: use the end of a butter knife to push stuffing to the bottom of the pepper).
• After peppers are stuffed place in a 9X13 pan for baking.
• Spray the top of peppers with olive oil and sprinkle with a little bit of salt for seasoning.

Bake: 375º
Time: 10-15 minutes
