1 lb ground turkey
2 cans hot chili beans, undrained
1 green peppers, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 T. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 oz. package macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook ground turkey with onion until browned.
Add cooked meat, beans, vegetables, tomato sauce, and spices to slow cooker.
Cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Cook macaroni in a saucepan on the stove and add to chili before serving.
Top with cheddar cheese, if desired.

Macaroni can be cooked ahead of time. Boil until al dente, drain, then put it in a dish with 1 T. olive oil and refrigerate until ready to add to crockpot.
