1 cup Butter (softened)
1 cup Granulated Sugar
2 large Eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Bags M&M Minis
Black Icing
Wilton Candy Eyes – Large
Wilton Candy Eyes – Medium
Wilton ColorRight Food Coloring System – Yellow
Wilton ColorRight Food Coloring System –Blue
Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer.

Add 2 large eggs and the vanilla and mix until light and fluffy.

Mix in baking soda and salt.

Mix in the flour one cup at a time.

Split the dough into two equal portions.

Color half the dough blue and the other half yellow.

Press together a 1oz ball of yellow dough with a 1 oz. ball of blue dough.

Press dough onto a cookie sheet and shape into an oval.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 9-10 minutes.

Cool cookies.

Use black icing to add Minion goggles and mouth.

Press Candy Eyes into the black icing.
