2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. oil
2.5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. boling water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, eggs, and beat well. Mix dry ingredients together in separate bowl, then add to wet ingredients. Add vanilla, buttermilk, and then hot water. Mix well.

Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes for cupcakes, 40 minutes for cake.
