1 cup Butter
½ cup Confectioners sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups Flour
¼ tsp. Salt
¾ cup Finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Thoroughly mix the butter, sugar and vanilla. Stir in the flour, salt and nuts.

Chill dough for several hours.

Roll mixture into 1" balls, place on an ungreased cookie sheet close together.

Bake for 10-12 minutes. While still warm, roll into confectionary sugar. Place on wax paper and sprinkle again with confectionary sugar.
