1¾ cup Flour
½ cup Sugar, plus additional for dusting
½ cup Brown sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup Shortening
½ cup Peanut butter
2 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
48 Hershey kisses, unwrapped

Preheat oven to 375º .

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until stiff. Shape into 1" balls and roll in white sugar.

Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and firmly press kiss into center of each cookie.
