2 pounds fresh Peaches or Strawberries
1 deep dish Pie Crust, baked (or Graham Cracker Crust)
1 cup Water or Sprite/7Up
1 1/2 cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Cornstarch
4 tablespoons Peach or Strawberry Jello powder

Directions:
Directions:
Fill pie crust with sliced peaches or strawberries. In sauce pan, combine water or Sprite, sugar and corn starch. Boil until thickened. Remove from heat and add Jello powder. Stir until Jello is dissolved. Pour over peaches or strawberries. Store pie in refrigerator until ready to eat. Serve with whipped cream for added goodness.
