INGREDIENTS:
1 package fresh pancit noodles
1lb pork or chicken, marinated in soy sauce, garlic powder & black pepper
Cut up cabbage, green & red bell peppers, broccoli or vegs of your choice
1 bag shrimp
1/2 packet achote powder

Directions:
Directions:

1. Sauté all your veggies first. Drain, cool and set aside.
2. Cook meat in either butter or margarine and right before it’s cooked, add in achote powder or if using fresh achote- one cup of achote juice.
3. Add shrimp till cooked.
4. Juice should be right on top of your meat & shrimp, if not, add equal portions of soy sauce and achote.
5. Tear and separate noodles as you place into meat and mix evenly with meat.
6. Lower heat to low-medium and steam for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
7. When cooked, allow to air out for a bit and stir at least two different times to allow steam to escape.
8. Mix in vegetables.
NOTE: Because veggies are involved, I don’t cook it together to avoid an early spoil, especially with the heat at our Guam parties.
