3 to 4 pounds ribs - beef or pork
Lemon juice
Onion

Sauce:
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons Worchester sauce
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs in shallow pan with lenon juice & onion sprinkled over them. Bake in hot oven 400 - 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer until slightly thick (approximately 15 minutes).

Pour saucwe over ribs and bake at 350 debrees covered for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Baste with sauce now & then. If sauce thickens too much, you may add a little water.

Can cook on low in crock pot for 5 to 6 hours.
