1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 large jar pimentos
2 C mayonnaise (you may need to add more for desired consistency)
6-7 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
4 Tb chopped onion
2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
¼ -½ C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
• Mix first three ingredients, adding mayonnaise slowly.
• Add the rest of ingredients, mixing in mayonnaise to the desired consistency.
• Refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to mingle.
• Serve on crackers, as a dip, or as a sandwich filling.
