¼ C butter, melted
3 chicken breasts, diced and cooked
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
¼ C chicken broth
2 C Ritz cracker crumbs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and cracker crumbs. Spoon 1/2 the crumbs into a shallow 2-qt casserole dish. Cover with the chicken. Combine sour cream, soup, broth and salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and top with the remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
