4 chicken breast halves (boiled & shredded)
1 roll of Ritz crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ stick butter, melted
8 oz. sour cream
1 t. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
After you debone the chicken, tear it up into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Add sour cream and soup. Mix well. Put in greased casserole dish. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter and poppy seeds. Put crackers on top of chicken mixture. Bake on 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
