2 small pkgs cherry Jell-O (not sugar-free)
1 can (16 oz.) sweet cherries (Bing) pitted
1 small can crushed pineapple
4 oz. softened cream cheese
2 cans Coca-Cola
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple and cherries into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil.

Pour Jell-O mix into a mixing bowl. Pour the fruit juices over the Jell-O. Add cream cheese and stir until cream cheese has been dissolved. Add Coca-Cola, pineapple, cherries and nuts. Pour into a gelatin mold. Stir well and refrigerate until set.

Remove salad from the mold by inverting onto a serving platter. Serve cold.

Note: If you do not have a gelatin mold, then you can leave it in the large bowl. Invert onto a serving dish when ready to serve.
