1 1/2 c brown sugar packed
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs
2/3 c water
1 can pumpkin
5 tsp ground ginger
3 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground allspice
2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp ground cloves
3 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 2 loaf pans. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, set aside. In a large bowl, combine sugars, oil and eggs and beat until smooth. Add water, beat until well blended. Stir in pumpkin and spices. Add flour mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 1 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
