2 cans beer
1 pork roast
1 small jar of greek peppers (pepper-cheenees)
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Put roast in crock pot. Put lots of salt and pepper on it. Pour in two cans of beer. Pour in peppers, juice and all. Cook slowly all day. Eat the pork and peppers together in the same bite--delicious! Pork + beer = Heaven.
