1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
dash of salt
1 c. milk
3 c. of fruit of your choice (peaches, apples, blueberries, cherries, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9" x 13" pan. Make a batter of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter over the butter. Do not stir! Top with 3 cups of fruit sweetened to taste. Do not stir the fruit into the batter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. You can substitute a can of pie filling for fresh fruit.
