1 C butter, softened
1½ C sugar
1 can Solo Poppy Seed Filling
4 eggs, separated
1 teas vanilla
1 C sour cream
2½ C flour
1 teas baking soda
1 teas salt
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease & flour 12 cup Bundt pan & set aside.
Beat butter & sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until light & fluffy.
Add poppy seed filling & beat until blended well.
Beat in egg yolks, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vanilla & sour cream & beat until just blended.
Separately, stir flour, baking soda & salt until mixed, & add to poppy mixture gradually, beating well after
each addition.
Beat egg whites in separate bowl with electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Fold beaten egg whites into batter.
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.

Bake 1 hr to 1 hr 15min or until toothpick tester comes out clean.
Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan & cool completely on rack.
Dust with confectioners sugar just before serving warm--with ice cream or cool whip too
(heat slightly in microwave)
