2 T butter
1 large onion, diced
1 celery stalk, diced large
2 C shredded cabbage
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced thick
6 C chicken stock, heated
1 T freshly chopped dill
2 T flour
1/2 C sour cream
salt pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add onion, celery and cabbage; season well
3. Partly cover and cook 10 minutes over low heat
4. Add potatoes, chicken stock and dill; correct seasoning.
5. Stir and bring to boil and continue cooking; partly coverd, 20 minutes over low heat.
6. Mix flour with sour cream in small bowl.
7. Add 1/2 C of soup stock to bolw and incorporate, then pour into soup.
8. Mix well and serve.
