2 ½ cups whole milk
1 cup of white sugar
8 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 egg yolks









Directions:
Directions:
Bring milk to boil (mix cornstarch & sugar combined) and add to milk.
Cook 20 minutes until very thick. Add egg yolks and vanilla.Stir - Cool.
Using pastry bag or spoon - fill shells.
You can sprinkle ends with chopped chocolate pieces and with
crushed pecans. Dust with powdered sugar.
