Ingredients: Package of Yeast ¼ C lukewarm water Sprinkle of Sugar
1 C Milk ¼ C Sugar ¼ C Oil 1 tsp Salt 2 ½ - 3 ½ C Flour 1 egg

Directions: |
Directions:Proof the yeast. To do this put the yeast in the lukewarm water and a sprinkle of sugar. Let sit 10-15 minutes or until it froths.
Scald the milk. Mix with sugar, oil, salt and 1 Cup of flour Add in 1 egg and the yeast and mix Continue to add Flour (no more than 3 ½ C) until dough is soft and sticky Place in a greased / oiled bowl and cover. Let sit until dough has doubled Stick finger in the dough once doubled. If it has risen enough your finger will not stick Punch dough down and let rise again |

1/2 C Brown Sugar 1/4 C Margarine 1 tsp corn syrup or honey
FIlling
1/4 C Brown Melted Butter 1/4 C Sugar 1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions: For each preparation, mix All ingredients together in separate bowls and set aside |

Directions:Divide dough in half Roll out 1/2 of dough pizza style Spread 1/2 of Filling mixture on top Roll up jelly roll style and pinch seams
Prepare deep 9 x 13 pan by spraying PAM and pouring the pan mixture in the bottom
Cut the dough into 12 pieces and place into pan
*Repeat with second half of the pastry dough
Cover and let rise again
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes Find a large platter and place parchment paper or aluminum foil underneath Turn out and take out of pan immediately |
