1/2lb Dry Pasta
3/4 C Pickles, diced
2/3 C Cheddar Cheese, diced
3 T White Onion, finely chopped
2 T Fresh Dill or 2 tsp of dried
1/2 C Pickle Juice
Dressing
2/3 C Mayonnaise
1/3 C Sour Cream
1/8 tsp Cayenne
4 T Pickle Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Boil pasta al dented according to packaging. Run under cold water. Toss cold pasta with 1/2 C pickle juice and set aside. After about 5 minutes drain and discard juice.
Combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Toss all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour. For best flavor mix dressing in advance.
