1 1/2lbs Chicken Breasts
Juice from 2 Limes
1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1-16oz Bag Frozen Corn
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
1 Can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
1 tsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Shred or cut chicken into pieces when cooked and put back in juice. Serve over rice or in tortillas with favorite toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese, etc). All ingredients can be placed in a gallon zip freezer bag and frozen. Thaw in fridge for 24hrs before cooking.
