2 T. butter
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 T. minced shallots or 2 minced green onions
1 T. minced garlic
½ c. chicken or beef broth
½ c. Marsala wine
2 T. half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter, mushrooms, garlic & shallots to a medium skillet. Saute’ until moisture evaporates. Add broth & wine, bring to boil and cook until reduced to about ½ cup. Add butter & half & half; stir to combine.

Personal Notes:
Can be used with either chicken or pork. Pound the meat to about 1/4 in thickness; dredge in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and a bit of grated Parmesan cheese; then brown in hot olive oil. Serve topped with sauce.
