1 3/4 boneless, skinless chicken

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons pre-sliced green onions
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Amino acid (non paleo use reduced sodium soy sauce)


ASPARAGUS

Asparagus spears
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1 Table spoon amino acids
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Teaspoon minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat grill (or grill pan). Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Place chicken on grill and close lid (or cover loosely with foil); grill 14-16 minutes, turning often, and until chicken is 165 degrees.

3. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended. Brush 1/4 cup glaze over check during last minute of clock time. Slice chicken and serve with remaining glaze for dipping.
