1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
10 oz frozen spinach
½ box Orzo noodles (Small box or bag)
2 boxes (32 oz each) Chicken or vegetable broth
Italian Meat Balls - thawed and cut into quarters (Armour meat balls are readily available)
Salt and pepper to taste
A little garlic powder to taste
1 beaten egg
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Throw all the above ingredients into a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Turn off heat.

Mix one beaten egg and ½ cup Parmesan cheese to make a paste. Drop by dollops into soup and stir. Broth will become white.
