Dough:
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 egg whites
Milk – enough to make a soft dough

Cheese Mixture:
2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
2 egg yokes
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and egg whites. Add enough milk to make a soft dough. Knead dough until smooth. Divide dough in three portions. Roll thin and cut in 3-inch squares. Put a small amount of the cheese mixture on the center of each square.

Bring up all corners of the dough square and pinch dough together to seal. Drop in salted, boiling water. Cook until done, about 8 minutes. Drain. May brown in large skillet with plenty of margarine or cooking oil, prior to serving. May also serve without browning Kase Knephla. Brown some onion instead and mix them with the Kase Knephla and serve.
