1 tsp ginger
4 green onions
8 oz snow peas
1½ lb ground beef
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
4 T Hoisin sauce
1 lime
2 T sesame seeds

1. Put rice on to cook

2. Wash and dry all produce. Peel and chop ginger. Thinly slice green onions. Trim ends of snow peas.

3. Combine ginger, half of the green onions (use more of the white parts here), ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder, sugar, egg, salt and pepper. Form into 1 inch balls and place on oiled baking sheet. Bake at 450º for about 10 minutes.

4. Remove meatballs from oven. Use a spoon and put a little bit of Hoisin sauce on each meatball. Return to oven and bake for about 5 minutes.

5. Heat 1 T of oil in a pan over med-high heat. Add snow peas and cook, tossing until tender, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Cut lime into wedges. Put meatballs over rice. Sprinkle meatballs with sesame seeds. Top with snow peas and rest of green onions. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
